• Place 2-4 tablespoons (30g-70g) of kava powder into a strainer bag;
• Submerge the strainer bag in 0.5-1.5 liters of room temperature water;
• Press and knead the strainer bag in the container vigorously until the water turns a dark milky coffee color;
• Use your hands, a spoon, fork, or mortar for pressing and kneading;
• Remove the strainer bag from the finished kava drink and wring it out.
